In the style of the contemporary master, Andy Warhol, your original oil painting will be reproduced on quality canvas stretched on wooden frames and suitable for framing. Portraits are great for modern home or office decor and make an unusual and unique gift for family, friends, a business associate or client, weddings gifts, anniversaries, promotions... Portraits are available in 36 inch to 5 foot square formats and are skillfully painted by American artist, Gary Vey, using quality oils or acrylics. (Note: flat acrylic paint is used for some of the more vivid color schemes or custom decorating colors.)      We ask that you send a good quality color or black & white photograph (which will be returned) in a full face pose. For best results, the portrait photograph should be side lit to reveal shadows and facial features. A large digital image is also acceptable. Once we have your photograph, we will produce an image for your approval prior to executing the actual painting. Normally, a large portrait canvas takes from 10 to 14 days to complete and thoroughly dry. Order early if you need the painting for the coming holiday season. Completed paintings are carefully packed and shipped anywhere. We can also do larger works with a single or multiple portraits. Please describe your needed size and subject matter for a quote. We have done some very large pieces (i.e. 8 feet wide) but these require a longer time to complete. Interior designers note: you may request specific color schemes or send a fabric sample to co-ordinate with your decor. Prices are $588 for a 36 inch square with four (4) repeating images in multiple colors; $888 for 5 foot square. Shipping is extra and depends on the location and method of your choice.          And, yes, we even do pets!    Payment is 50% with the order and the balance upon completion.
